  • JOB PURPOSE:
    To support the day-to-day office functions, both clerical and administrative, in order for the Johannesburg branch to meet its deadlines.
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    1. Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
    2. Minimum of 2 years’ proven administration experience.
    3. Computer Literate in Microsoft Office package.
    4. Experience in Easy Roster will be highly beneficial.
    5. Any qualification in Payroll/ Administration or HR will be highly beneficial.
    6. Own transport to the Johannesburg office is essential.
    7. Exceptional English writing skills.
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Vehicle administration
    2. Time- and logsheet administration
    3. Docket administration
    4. Report writing
    5. Orders and payments
    6. Personnel files and documentation
    7. Reception duties
