  • Job Specifications: Building and maintaining good working relationships with
    clients and internal stakeholders Recording details of transactions on
    myPractice and other relevant systems Preparing and issuing new policies,
    renewals and endorsements Prepare and issuing new business quotations
    Resolving queries (telephonic and electronic) Assist with claims queries and
    administration Qualifications and experience: Regulatory Examination Level
    1 (Representatives) - RE5 NQF Level 4 Short Term Insurance Qualification
    or suitable alternative as recognised by the Financial Services Board.
    Computer literacy (MS Office) Minimum 2 to 3 years short term insurance
    experience Competencies: Good verbal and written communication skills
    (Afrikaans and English) Good administration, planning, organising and time
    management skills Highly client focussed with good interpersonal skills
    Resilient with a high level of stress tolerance Good product and policy
    knowledge
