  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Relevant diploma or Higher Certificate
    2-3 Years Procurement Experience
    2-3 Years Retail Experience
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Prepare weekly and monthly reporting
    Plan inventory for responsible categories
    Plan stock allocation to the relevant stores in order to identify which store will bring in the best return with the relevant stock
    Identify trends and develop solutions for problems causing under delivery
    Conduct general administration functions
    Prepare purchase order documentation and obtain authorisation of purchase orders
    Evaluate SKU Performance  Stock management planning
    Monitor and report supplier performance
    Manage the vendors expectations and communicate appropriately and timeously within the parameters of agreed SLA
    Facilitate the preparation of the Quarterly Business Meeting (QBM) documents for quarterly supplier meetings
    Effective Self-Management
