  • Assistant Financial Manager
    Our client, a leader in entertainment, is looking for an Assistant Financial Manager who is a qualified CA with 3 years post qualification experience.
    - Technically up to date with IFRS and sound knowledge of treasury cash management, taxation and the Companies Act; expert on consolidations
    - Skilled communicator - both verbal and written at all levels
    - Have entrepreneurial and sound business skills
    - Experienced in building a competent and motivated team of finance staff through confident and caring leadership, counselling and delegation
    - Ability to carry out various ad hoc duties as required from time to time.
    - will entail looking after coastal properties including consolidation and financial reporting and commentary, finance systems management, maintenance and upgrade,- standardisation of procedures,- benchmarking, accounting policies, technical input and assistance (emerging issues re IFRS, Tax, and Companies Act, etc)
    - Balance sheet reviews
    - CA (SA) with at least 3 years post qualification experience
    Salary: R500 000 CTC p/a to R600 000 CTC p/a plus a performance bonus
