  • The role's primary function is to maintain the service standards of the lodge through on-the-floor management and supervision. It requires the individual to interact with guests daily and ensure that stay at the lodge is as memorable as possible.
    Must have at least 3 - 4 years experience in a well recognized 5* property, sound knowledge of F&B and computer literate. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with guests easily
