  • Currently we are searching for a Secretary for Johannesburg, South Africa.

    Responsibilities of this Post:
    Providing general assistance to other head of departments on the operation.
    Effective diary management.
    Managing travel and accommodation arrangements.
    Arranging and managing all logistics related to events at the mine complex including site visits.
    Ordering stationery for the department and providing varied administrative support including creating orders and requisitions on SAP.
    Tending to the telephone, routing calls and taking messages were necessary.
    Liaising with various stakeholders and following up on action items and instructions.

    Requirements of this Post:
    Grade 12.
    Secretarial Certificate.
    At least two years’ experience as a Secretary.
    MS Office knowledge.
    Excellent communication skill.
