  • Managing expenses
    Customer service excellence
    Deal with complaints, queries, and other related customer issues.
    Oversee receiving orders and stock control
    Managing stock and floor requirements (Stock inputs and sign off sales)
    Complete all operational requirements in the store
    Managing a team 100-150 employees
    Problem and conflict solving
    Stock Management
    Providing a high level of feedback

    Desired Experience & Qualification
    Grade 12
    Possess excellent specific verbal and written communication
    Ability to manage other staff members
    Candidate must be willing to work retail hours (weekends and public holidays)
    Ability to be proactive, initiative, enthusiastic and flexible on the job
    Ability to multi-task
    Ability to work with time effective
    Must be self-motivated
    Must be honest individual with integrity
