  • Objective:
    To assist with the management of staff and execution of store procedures according to set standards and management plans.
    Ensure all opening procedures are carried out according to opening procedures checklist
    Complete and place orders by completing the daily ordering checklist
    Update the receiving board on a daily basis
    Perform receiving duties
    Assist the Office Controller with the banking
    Plan price changes for the next day, print labels and prepare for the next morning
    Importing of price changes throughout the day
    Store closing procedures to be carried out
    Customer Service - assisting with refunds and returns
    Ensure till controllers are performing in line with the job functions and customer queries
    Operational effectiveness - review of store practices
    Ensure are carried out as per management instruction and company policies
    Driver's license and own vehicle essential
    Must be computer literate (Word and Excel)
    Good communication skills
