  • A luxury lodge in the Kruger National Park is looking for a Back of House Anchor, who will be responsible for for the Financial Controlling / Lodge Administration and Back Office Reception. Computer literate. Previous experience in a similar position in a lodge / hotel will be advantageous Must be able to multi-task, be organized and have a strong financial acumen.Will be asked to oversee the following KPA's:
    - Stock / supplier invoices
    - Summarizing weekly expenditure
    - Working out YTD figures, checking the general ledger and advising accordingly
    - Co-ordinating CAPEX expenditure
    - Managing the petty cash and foreign currency float
    - Accurately preparing day sheets
    - Daily administration of PMS system and banking
    - Management of the lodge IT systems
    - Ordering and issuing of uniforms (as well as the budget thereof)
    - Assisting with recruitment when HR manager goes on leave
    - Any other back office administration and support as needed
    Working on a 6 weeks on / 2 week off cycle - single accommodation offered on site
