    Job Description Purpose of the job
    To ensure that the billing process is conducted and documented accurately and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
    Key Performance Area
    Finance: To prepare purchase orders on all relevant services as requested by the relevant divisions according to company policy and procedures.
    Customer’s to resolve all relevant stakeholder queries and complaints according to the company policy and procedure framework.
    To liaise with, and distribute communication to internal and external stakeholders of relevant Business Units in order to achieve customer satisfaction, market growth, networking and to uplift the company's brand by living the company values.
    To ensure that the customer and vendor/supplier satisfaction results as agreed and set by management are achieved on an annual basis.
    Internal Processes: To verify the accuracy of billing data and revise any errors in accordance with company policy and procedures.
    To prepare itemised statements, bills, or invoices, and to record amounts due for items purchased and/or services rendered.
    To perform the required bookkeeping tasks, including the posting of data, keeping of records concerning costs of goods and services and the shipment of goods according to company policy and procedures.
    To ensure that the data integrity of the financial system is maintained and aligned with the entire billing life cycle according to comapany policy and procedures.
    To ensure that all audit findings are rectified before the next audit according to company policy and procedure.
    Human Capital: To ensure that all allocated and agreed development activities are successfully completed according to the company performance management policy and procedure.
    Job Requirements Qualification
    School: Grade 12
    Diploma: Relevant financial qualification
    Diploma: Management program
    Experience in Billing System -1 Year
    -Good Business Acumen
    -Corporate Governance
    -Financial Acumen
    -Broad knowledge of legislation related to Human Capital field, e.g. BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA and DTI Codes
    -Broad knowledge of legislation related to Supply Chain, logistics and warehousing, e.g. BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA and DTI Codes
    -Auditing processes
