· Relevant Bookkeeping Certificate / Diploma ADDED Advantage

· 2 years’ experience as a bookkeeper

· PASTEL or QuickBooks – Training will be provide on Companies own software CMS

Job Description

· Books up to trial balance

The complete bookkeeping function for the branch

· Prepare and administer the branch debtor accounts

· Set up of EFT batches, cheque payments and guarantees

· Petty cash – administering and reconciling

· Catering supplier recons

· Prepare files for annual audit

· Foreign invoice allocations
