    Education Bookkeeping Diploma or Equivalent
    Experience 2 -4 years

    It is recommended that the candidate have a Bookkeeping Diploma or Equivalent
    Minimum of 2 - 4 years accounting/creditors experience
    Advanced level of MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
    Strong reconciliation skills, communication and telephone etiquette
    Self-motivated and able to use initiative
    Can handle high volumes of pressure and be a team player
    Excellent professional work standard, time management and organisational skills
    Attend to general administration of office including:
    Distribution and filing of documents i.e. payment certificates and accounts etc.
    Request stationary, printer cartridges and other office materials
    Ensure general maintenance of building is attended to
    Engaging with courier services
    Stock control of general staff catering needs (coffee, tea etc.)
    Organising staff events
    Attend to travel arrangements of staff members
    Assist head office in HR and payroll matters i.e. employee forms; staff deductions; capturing of time sheets etc.
    Assist with client relations such as functions and gifts; meetings and other communications.
    Full function of creditors:
    Capturing invoices in the accounting system
    Ensure timely payment of invoices
    Reconciling general ledger to monthly supplier statements
    Maintain supplier masterfiles
    Processing and reconciliation of petty cash and credit card transactions
