    Key Responsibility Areas Provide support to sales consultants relating to the
    sales process and related queries Capturing of new contracts on the CRM
    system Laisse with relevant departments to ensure that processed fitment
    contracts are planned Follow up on ongoing processes and provide prompt
    feedback to the relevant parties to action Reception duties Switchboard
    Ensure that feedback is always provided to the relevant areas Accuracy and
    attention to detail Receiving of vehicles for fitments Filing Assist walk in
    clients Order consumables and stationery Assist with customer complaints
    and queries Job Requirements: Educational Requirements & experience
    needed Grade 12/Matric qualification Computer literate in MS Word, Excel
    and MS Outlook Strong communication skills Strong administrative skills A
    minimum of 2 years experience.
