  • Duties & Responsibilities

    · Manage frontline reception.

    · Responsible for all quoting as well as invoicing.

    · Ability to manage a project from start to end and be able to set priorities.

    · Work on short deadlines and under pressure.

    · Responsible for ensuring that all office activities run efficiently and effectively by providing administrative support to other personnel and management.

    · This creative environment requires one to work independently and be meticulously.

    · Required to be organised at all times.

    · Proactive to follow up with clients and orders.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    · Minimum three years experience.

    · An ability to work in a team, with good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.

    · A thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Pastel Sage and use of a Point of sale Software

    · Strong and efficient administrative skills required with an exceptional eye for detail.
