    Location: Port Elizabeth
    Salary:  R12 000 to R15 000 per month commensurate with experience and qualification
    1 year contract (renewable annually)
    Qualifications / Requirements:
    Marketing / PR / Administrator Qualification advantageous
    Computer literacy – Ms Office
    Marketing / PR / Administrator experience essential
    Drivers license and own vehicle essential
    Clean credit and criminal checks essential
    All rounder and ability to prioritize
    Ability to think independently, show initiative and act proactively
    Able to work at all levels
    Ability to handle pressure and adhere to deadlines
    Excellent time management skills
    Social media savvy
    Key Performance Areas:
    Oversight of events:
    -          Managing the events calendar
    -          Create invites that attract the correct audience
    -          Manage invite responses
    -          Co-ordinate all event logistics
    -          Ensure social media coverage during before and after the event
    -          Communicate with sponsors and speakers
    Management of database / members:
    -          Update members details regularly to ensure communication is to the relevant person / within membership base
    Communication / reputation management:
    -          All online and offline brand messaging which includes: blog, newsletter
    -          Management and posting on social media feeds
    -          Oversee and co-ordinate the design and content for the quarterly newsletter
    -          Regular emailing / invites etc to membership
    -          Minutes of meetings
    -          Monthly reporting to committee on the progress against KPA’s
    -          Bi-annual reporting on achieving their KPA’s
    Stakeholder engagement:
    -          Co-ordinate with sponsors and memberships
    -          Attend meetings on behalf of the club where necessary
    -          Assist potential exporters with export readiness assessments
    -          Complete applications for export related Government incentives
    Over and above the skills to deliver on these KPA’s, we require a willing and positive attitude to enhance the brand and member experience. This includes:
    -          Positive member interaction and ensure client satisfaction is a priority
    -          Contribute positively to the culture and morale within the team
    -          Keep abreast with trends in the fields and services offered
    -          Be a Brand Ambassador for the club at all times
    -          Proactively assist in any area that assist the team or the Club at any time
