    National Client in Office Automation is currently seeking a Branch Manager in the Pretoria Region to ensure consistent sales revenue and GP though positive planning, deployment and management of sales employees.     Job Description:
    1. Ensure regional sales targets are met through planning and management of sales team
    2. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales budgets for region
    3. Projecting sales volume and profit in conjunction with the sales manager
    4. Profitably manage the service team within agreed budgeted contribution figures
    5. Ensure prompt and effective handling of service/technical staff to achieve budgets
    6. Management of staff KPI measurements and ensure effective performance management
    7. Management of stock and stock planning in warehouse and staff management
    8. Pretoria Branch Manager – Sales, Service, Admin and Warehousing
    Minimum Requirements:
    1. 5+ years in Management position in OFFICE AUTOMATION
    2. Must have sound knowledge of OFFICE AUTOMATION industry
    3. Relevant formal tertiary qualification would be advantageous
    4. MPS Knowledge (FM Audit preferential)
    5. Process and workflow management knowledge
    6. ERP proficiency (Microsoft Navision preferential)
    7. Microsoft Excel proficiency
    8. Budget planning knowledge
    9. Knowledge of OHSA requirements
    10. IR and Labour Law knowledge
    Required Skills & Abilities:
    1. Excellent leadership skills
    2. Ability to meet targets and deadlines
    3. Negotiating skills
    4. Above average interpersonal skills
    5. Self-motivated and diligent
    Experience Sought:
    1. Proven track record in similar Management Position
    2. Able to interpret financial statements
    3. Stock management/control experience
    4. Coaching and training experience
