    A vacancy has arisen for a Branch Secretary /Administrator Daily Duties:
    Answer and monitor telephone calls Liaise with and provide support to
    companies’ staff Maintain files, ensure the timely and accurate updating of all
    information Process holiday requests of staff Maintain branch visitor logs and
    document control Undertake all administration as required, in line with
    company policies. Ensure internal database is up to date, and enter new
    information as required Produce reports and statistics as required for
    Management
