  • Description


    • Reviews all existing regional contracts with a view to ensuring commercially that contract obligations have been met in terms of delivery
    • Maintains excellent commercial relationships of current contracts in his/her region, including monthly executive reporting to the DG of the client on revenue-related matters, as well as risks to revenues; also informs the DG of revenue opportunities
    • Documents:
     opportunities based on discussion with the operations team
     opportunities through local market knowledge
     risks based on discussion with the operations team
     risks through local market knowledge
    • Proposes a sales approach/strategy particular to the opportunities in their region
    • Submits approach, sales tactics, and processes by which sales tasks are to be achieved to Sales VP for input and approval
    • Works with Partners and Sales Execs to gather relevant information for sales drive
    • Liaises with Country Managers on status of an existing contract being managed, to identify
     gaps/delays in contract delivery that put a relationship at risk
     challenges faced by the client leading to opportunities to be leveraged for sales
     market challenges presenting sales opportunities

    • Informs Sales VP and Partners of the above to craft tactics to drive sales
    • Maintains active pipelines of two new potential clients and three product/solution/service upsells in their regions at all times
    • Creates regional relationships and direct relationships with DGs and Ministers
    • Executes the sales tactics and processes with Partners and Sales Execs
    • Liaises with the product team to understand new products/solutions available that might offer sales opportunities and convey these to Partners and Sales Execs
    • Liaises with the Sales Support team for proposals/presentations/documentation required
    • Reviews proposals for alignment with the opportunity, correct pitching, and final review before sending out
    • Proposes to Sales VP and Marketing Director on a monthly basis:
