    Our client in the automotive industry is looking to employ a Business Process Analyst with a 3 year IT related qualification
    Minimum requirements
    Have a 3 year IT (or related) Qualification - degree or diploma (minimum)
    Have 3-5 years relevant IT experience
    Have a good understanding of general business processesHave good practical knowledge of at least one development language / environment

    Implementing medium sized programs / systems, by analysing user requirements, developing systems / programs and / or realistic proposals / plans, analysing cost and benefits, in order to meet specified business requirements, while ensuring quality solutions
    Evaluating and implementing software package solutions, where applicable, by conducting fit-gap analyses and ensuring the package is in line with client strategy
    Provide support for existing system maintenance and enhancements by providing/facilitating cost effective maintenance services, thereby ensuring system and program reliability.
    Determine the business needs by application in conjunction with Project and other development teams.
    Co-ordinate and control medium sized projects by monitoring all potential impacts and presenting clear concise status reports re projects progress (costs / timing / progress) throughout the complete development lifecycle, thereby ensuring project success and early risk detection and mitigation
    Control of external vendor resources working on assigned projects, where applicable, to ensure project success and early risk detection and mitigation
    Regular communication with the users and peers re status and risks of system projects in progress, to ensure system solutions satisfy customer requirements
    Ensuring that all customers understand the process for the handling of all Incidents/ requests for service (Heat, ISSRS), by educating/informing them, in order to ensure I.S. receives tasks in an organised and measurable manner
    Multi-skilling oneself across teams, work areas and develops business analyst, programming, project management and administrative skills.
