  • We're recruiting for contact center agents with the incoming customer. Duties include, but are not too good; Responsible for responding to all incoming calls correctly and accurately Manage all telephone inquiries professionally and efficiently Manage the overflow of incoming phone calls received professionally and efficiently Proactively scale all urgent issues and/or inquiries to the Call Center/Customer Service Manager. Attributes / Ratings / Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal. MS Office Skills High levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and integrity.
