    Call Centre Admin Support
    First point of contact for all calls / point of contact for clients
    Capture detail of calls onto system
    Addressing client queries within scope of work
    Perform investigation into query to obtain end result / reason
    Reply back to callers once information have been received
    Ensure all calls are closed timeously

    · Matric
    · 1 Year customer services experience
    · Knowledge of FAIS legislation
    · Regulatory exams at qualified representative level
    · Proficiency in Microsoft office (Intermediate skills in Excel)
    · Excellent written skills, verbal skills and telephone etiquette
    · Excellent analytical skills
