We are currently recruiting Call Centre Agents to join our team, where there is potential for growth to a sales executive. You will interact respond to inquiries in either the customer service, sales, or technical support space on the telephone, email, and/or instant messaging. You should be ambitious, results-driven, and goal-oriented.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Ensuring existing customers are happy by maintaining excellent working relationships.

Overseeing a steady growth of new customers, building and maintaining relationships with them.

Providing customers with a quote as and when they need them.

Ensuring you work closely to the budget as set out by the Sales Director.

Ensuring a close working relationships with suppliers.
