We are looking for Call Centre Agents to join a busy team of hard working employees. If you are a forward thinking, adaptive, flexible, and enthusiastic candidate with a drive to learn and grow with a supportive business this role could be for you

Core Responsibilities

Taking inbound calls from customers who may have had damage to their vehicles

Assigning the customer to a repair company and establish timescales of the repairs

Providing updates to customers throughout the process

Updating in house systems with all information from calls

Working collaboratively with all departments in the business

Customer oriented, genuinely passionate about providing an amazing experience through every interaction

The ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality

Proactive and work effectively and efficiently

Enjoys working in a team

Passionate and willing to learn in a dynamic and challenging environment

Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges

Great customer service skills
