We have a range of opportunities available, in Banks, Freight Services and Telecommunication Corporations.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have Grade 12 or Matrix or people Equivalent

2. Have an eye for detail and ability to remain calm under pressure

3. Hold good listening skills.

4. Are passionate for delivering the best possible service to our customers.

5. Be able to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing

6. Are able to work across a range of communication channels e.g. Phone, email &

web chat

7. Self-reliant and motivated

8. Able to work independently as well as part of a bigger team.

9. Have a passion for Home Furnishings and the ability to offer product knowledge and

advice to a wide range of Customers .

Call center Experience NOT necessary as you will undergo a week product training and Induction.
