We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced caretaker / site manager to ensure the delivery and maintenance of a safe and secure environment for all pupils, staff, visitors, and contractors to the schools two sites, which are approximately half a mile apart.

You will be the initial point of contact for buildings, grounds, and maintenance and security. The successful candidate will be flexible and able to manage ever changing priorities.

This role reports to the schools Facilities Manager and will liaise closely with the schools Senior Leadership Team .The successful candidate will have a good understanding of health and safety and associated compliance regulations, as well as practical skills in building maintenance.
