  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    Minimum of Grade 12;
    Tertiary qualification in Finance will be advantageous;
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Financial Clerk/Administrator;
    Must be computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook and Pastel;
    Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    Must have the ability to work independently;
    Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and reliable.

    Keeping accurate records and managing stocks;
    Work under pressure;
    Excellent time management skills;
    Effective planning and organisational skills;
    Must function excellently in a team dynamic.
    DUTIES:
    Perform general administrative duties as requested by the Accountant and Financial Manager;
    Processing of data;
    Assist with stock control and processing;
    Ensure accurate processing of debtors’ invoices and follow up on debtors’ accounts;
    Ensure accurate processing of creditors invoices and preparation for payments;
    Responsible for filing and general administration;
