As a successful incumbent you will be responsible for cross-functional teams. You will also be required to handle the Change management programs which include impact analysis, stakeholder management, communications, training, and ensuring that new technology solutions are managed successfully.
Requirements:
• A degree in Computer Science or a related area
• Certification in Prosci Change Management/ equivalent Change certifications
• 8 years of experience applying Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing Change programs
• Experience in Culture transformation, digital programs, banking industry rollouts or technical programme implementation

- 9 years of experience
