    2. Role Description
    a. Develop and agree Change Management priorities, activities, resources
    b. Assess change impact and readiness for change initiatives
    c. Develop change management plans (stakeholder management, training, coaching, communications and resistance management)
    d. Develop change management material and content with the assistance of specialists
    e. Engage with stakeholders to obtain buy-in to the change initiative
    f. Manage multiple change initiatives and stakeholders at once.
