  • Main Responsibilities
    • Business development and client liaison
    • Project management of water projects
    • Water infrastructure design and tender documentation
    • Technical and business management including development of business plans, budget and income control
    • Operational management and development of employees in the unit

    Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience
    • PrEng or PrTech (Civil Engineering)
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in water engineering field and specifically the design and project management of water projects
    • Proven track record in business development and success in generating business from both the public and private sectors with an understanding of both environments
    • Management experience at a strategic level with good technical knowledge and experience
    • Must be able to network with relevant stakeholders at a senior level
    • Fluent in English, written and oral
