  • Responsibilities and Duties
    Handling of Sales
    Invoicing of stock (counter clients)
    Filing of invoices
    Organizing of Debtors files
    Handling stock orders, DVM orders, client orders (place orders on AS400 system)
    Filing and control of documents (HACCP and OHSA)
    Recon of POD's
    Assist in any admin duties related to the Mill, Animal Feeds and Transport
    Ordering stationary
    Any other admin duties including the switchboard

    Qualifications and Skills
    Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics and Accounting as subjects will be an advantage)
    Computer literate (experience on AS400 system will be an advantage)
    At least 5 years' admin related experience (experience in debtors and creditors)
    Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
    Must be able to comply with deadlines
