    We are recruiting for Contact Centre Agents for a Contact Centre in Durban.

    Job requirements:
    Ability to act positively and professionally at all times
    Two years and above experience as a Contact or Customer Helpdesk Agent
    Precise attention to detail, listening skills, teamwork, common sense, enthusiasm and a high degree of customer service.
    Reliable, conscientious and punctual.
    A personable and professional telephone manner
    Above average working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and possess quick, accurate data capture/ typing skills.

    Daily Responsibilities:
    Take accountability for each incoming customer call, getting to the bottom of every query and deciding on the best resolution.
    Remain professional and proactive in dealing with customer queries, ensuring the best possible customer service.
    Update and verify customer details with all customer contact and call information, ensuring accuracy on every
    Ensure that customer queries are dealt with promptly, in line with the companies service level agreements and targets
