  • The Contracting Administrator will be responsible for administrative support to retain existing business and secure new suppliers. You will be working closely with the Product director.
    Key responsibilities:
    To assists the product director with preparation of proposals to established deadlines;
    Where required, to assist with the negotiation of services with suppliers in relation to services/products/contracts required for our operations – transport, accommodation, activities and any other required;
    Identify preferred suppliers/operators in relation to new content;
    Review and improve current content loaded on our system;
    Assist with the completion of contracts for sign off;
    Maintenance and development of the image library where appropriate and necessary;
    Provide support and information to staff as required;
    Offer support to any internal department within the company - providing advice and Information as required;
    Handling of all administrative tasks related to the role with exceptional levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
    Requirements:
    Exceptional level of English.
    Organized and with a high sense of responsibility.
    Negotiation Skills.
    Contracting/Product experience.
    Customer service attitude and passion for service excellence.
    Good communication skills.
    Microsoft office user, high Excel skills are essential.
    Motivation to learn and develop your career in the travel industry.
    Qualification / Course in Travel would be advantageous.
