    Handling a minimum of 20 transfer files at a time, from instruction to registration, independently.
    3-5 years experience working at a law firm dealing with Transfers.

    Drafting of all types of Certificates, Applications, Affidavits, Powers of Attorney and Resolutions related to Conveyancing transfers.
    Reviewing of OTPs and ensuring all conditions are met timeously.
    Requesting guarantees, obtaining clearance and obtaining transfer duty.
    Applying for rates clearance, levy clearance and bond cancellation figures.
    Attending to finances on each transfer during and upon registration of transfer.
