Job Specification:
Working with the Manager and Directors to implement and achieve goals for the branch and firm.
Develop and explore unique ways to grow the business with clients and establish a unique offering to all stakeholders.
Support the implementation of existing and new services.
Provide support and assistance to clients
Duties and Responsibilities:
Taking of instructions (Transfer I Bonds I Correspondent Matters)
Attending to all correspondence with clients
Drafting of FICA documentation, sale agreements, agreements of loan, personal suretyships, acknowledgments of debt
Preparation of Pro-forma invoices
Obtaining Clearance Certificates
Obtaining Transfer Duty receipts
Drafting of deeds (transfers, bonds, servitudes)
Appointment of correspondents
Preparation of final statements of account
Experience in FNB and ABSA bonds
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience

- Minumun level of education: Diploma /Bachelor's/ N6
- Years of experience: 3
- Availability for travel: No
- Availability for change of residence: No
