Offer description

• Receiving of orders, consolidation, set up of control sheets, loading of job cards.

• Managing the bill of materials;

• Ensuring calculations with regards to moisture, waste etc. is accurate;

• Responsible for purchase orders for production department;

• Responsible for stock takes and inventory management;

• Posting of weekly and monthly journals on NAV;

• Waste management.

Requirements:

• Bcom Accounting/Financial Management/industrial engineering qualification will be advantageous

• CIMA or studying towards a CIMA qualification will be an advantage

• Solid Ms Excel skills, exposure to MS Dynamics (NAV) and Qlikview will be an advantage

• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in a production environment

• Good interpersonal skills (ability to interact with individuals on all levels of the business)

• Energetic, self-motivated, and self-driven and ability to work independently

• Deadline orientated and resilient, numerical skills and detail conscious

• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage document flow, and control processes

• Knowledge of production processes, bill of materials and waste management systems

• Financial reporting skills, internal controls, and production implications on the business
