    Minimum Requirements:
    Minimum N4 and a Trade, work/Sales experience in Mining and Constraction
    No criminal record will be allowed, as a temporary work permit will be required for the expected 12 month duration of the assignment.
    Commercial knowledge
    Significant numbers of years of experience within a Technical Sales role
    Some years of Project Management experience
    Site experience
    International business experience
    Must be self-driven and have a high ‘A’ Sales profile
    Fluent in English
    Valid driver’s license
    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and establish customer sales activities for Ghana and the West Africa area, for a wide range of products and systems in order to contribute to overall business results. The Sales will include Parts, Service, Screen Media, Maintenance offerings and Supercenter products.
    Act safely and promote safety at all times
    Takes the lead in all aspects of the sales process both internally and externally
    Explores new business opportunities and adapts company concepts to market needs
    Identifies market potentials (brownfields and greenfields) and builds business cases in order to maximize quality in the sales approach
    Takes part in the overall negotiation with all involved parties such as contractors, customers and financial institutes
    Initiates and leads client meetings to ensure the best possible contractual terms
    Builds relationships and creates impact on high level external stakeholders, such as government representatives and major decision-makers in order to create strong, long lasting, and profitable key relations for future business success
    Follows up on projects, re progress and keeps Management updated on financial status and progress
    Develops and manages the sales pipeline in order to close deals
    Performs technical presentations, and demonstrates how the company’s products meets client needs
    Takes the necessary action to secure the ongoing process will result in a final proposal
    Negotiates contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
    Promotes collaboration and combined offerings, across functions and entities to ensure the best cooperation.
    Train the local Ghana personnel in all aspect of the company’s products, values and vision.
