Essential Skills/Requirements

• Completed Matric

• Financial qualification preferable (not essential)

• Min 3 years’ exp in debtors & admin position

• Strong MS Office skills specially in Word & Excel

• Sage Pastel Payroll exp

• Detailed & accurate work methods

• Responsible person that can perform tasks in good time

Duties

• Prepare bills, invoices, bank & petty cash deposits

• Deal with payments, invoices & Pastel age analysis

• Calculate rebates on sales & do electronic payment

• Refer customer query to applicable employee/s

• Accurate taking of telephonic orders

• Communicate client orders & queries relating to deliveries

• Minimum education level: Grade 12 /N4 (Matric)
• 3 years of experience
