Digital Marketing Manager Bellville
Our client in professional services is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Directing and coordinating marketing activities to influence customers to choose our services over those of competitors.

Requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a senior digital marketing position.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop a social media strategy using all relevant platforms to reach our target audience.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Create valuable and appealing content that attracts and converts our target groups
Maximise SEO by identifying what our ideal customer personas are thinking about and googling during each stage of their journey
Prepare and observe the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Monitor and report on Competitors marketing activities
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Act as custodian of the brand and ensure compliance with Corporate Identity.
Build and manage a small marketing team.
