    My client, A Leading Motor Retail Group in South Africa with numerous Franchise Dealerships across all brands in new and used vehicles in light and heavy commercial vehicles are seeking dynamic and vibrant AA Females for their Trainee Management DNA Programme.
    The incumbent will be employed in a permanent capacity and the employer will offer an 18mth on the job mentoring and training programme which includes a Management Development Qualification trough a reputable Business School.
    Be part of a vibrant, fast paced and highly customer centric industry where you will be mentored and developed into a dynamic and challenging management position.
    The employer seeks ambitious, customer services focused individuals with excellent people skills and good financial and business acumen.
    The successful candidate must have the following:
    • Matric qualification
    • 3 year post Matric Commercial, Financial or Business type qualification
    • Experience in the Automotive or Motor Retail Sector (not essential)
    • Experience in the Retail/FMCG industry sector (not essential)
    • 3 years of working experience
    • Management/supervisory experience (advantageous)
    • Able to work flexible hours due the nature of the business
    • Flexible to travel when required
    • Valid code 8 driver’s licence
