Description
Responsibilities of this Post:
Coordinating appointments and meetings.
Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
Dealing with correspondence emails and phone calls.
Managing budgets and recording receipts.
Managing schedules, calendars and appointments.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office admin systems.
Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
Manage and maintain databases.
Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
Coordinating travel, including flights, hotel, and car reservations.
Participating actively in the planning and execution of fundraising or company events.
Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
Requirements of this Post:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Two to five years of experience in office administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly English.
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent Time Management.
Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
