    We are seeking an Executive Office Administrator to join our client at their offices in Sandton
    You will be required to:
    Assist Executive and Managers with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, car bookings
    Compiling and submitting expenses- Collate and file all expense receipts
    Organising meetings both internally and externally including arranging/scheduling board rooms and arranging catering
    Collating team holiday dates
    Ordering stationery
    Inputting/ capturing confidential data onto the database system, ensuring both speed and accuracy
    Arranging training sessions for new employees
    Utilising Microsoft Office to create a variety of associated documentation (Word/Excel)
    General admin support to the Office and executives as required
    Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
    High level of numeracy
    Excellent relationship building skills
    Self-disciplined, results driven and energetic
    A strong, methodical attention to detail
    Good time management and the ability to manage upwards
    A fluent and articulate communicator, who is outgoing and confident
    Have the ability to absorb information and think laterally in a practical, hands on manner
    Confident and proficient at using Microsoft Office applications
    A proactive and positive team player with exceptional organisational skills, energy, drive and enthusiasm

    We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our client
    You will be required to:
    Provide fast and friendly help for customers, before, during and after purchase.
    Oversee the department and handle the escalated cases
    Effectively lead and delegate work tasks to the department
    Training of new employees
    Monitor staff's performance levels and motivate and inspire the team.
    Implement processes to set targets and measure customer and consumer satisfaction
    Respond to customers’ queries via telephone, email, live chat and post
    Seek to achieve full resolution of query/ complaint first-time, for each and every customer
    Liaise constantly with the Sales , Call Centre, Warehouse team and Couriers to ensure delivery of the very best customer service
    Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
    Matric Certificate
    5 plus years Experience
    Qualification
    Experience of managing people
    Experience of complaint handling and resolution
    A friendly, confident telephone manner
    A natural leader with an outgoing, friendly, personality
    An individual who is both passionate and takes pride in providing the very best customer service
    Able to problem solve, think on your feet and able to multitask
    The ability to remain calm and unflappable in any situation
    Previous experience and a proven track record
