  • Formal Chef qualification. At least 3 years experience in the same or similar position within a four or three star hotel/lodge. Excellent communication skills.
    - Assisting in the overseeing an directing of all aspects of the kitchen
    - Assisting the Executive Chef in the supervision, control an coordination of the kitchen staff
    - Assuming full responsibility for the kitchen when the Executive Chef is absent
    - Checking and supervising the methods of food preparation
    - Training staff
    - Menu planning
    - Costing and control of food and relevant stock
