  • Duties will include:

    Scheduling and planning of staff, time and attendance, including assisting in payroll administration.
    Procurement & maintenance - purchase orders, stock control, booking job cards, following up on outstanding job cards, liaise with creditors department for invoice payments.
    In-and out inspections, maintenance recoveries, utilities variance reports
    To apply you need:

    Computer literate in full MS Office suite, Pragma On-Key, EasyRoster Scheduling, Zendesk
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Interpersonal skills, possess the ability to work well with people from all levels
    Must have own transport and valid driver's license
    Exceptionally organized, driven and detail oriented
    5 - 7 years administration experience in Real Estate
