    Matric or Technical (T3 or N5) or a recognised trade. Min 2 years relevant experience. (Hospital and/or Hospitality Industry.) Experience in both electrical an mechanical environments in a related industry as specified above. Managing staff of the facility department. Assist with the implementation of My Buildings to maintain the facilities assets, job cards and Equipment Balance Score Card. Monthly reports. Manage inhouse projects, liaise with contractors and suppliers. Responsible for ensuring that all debtors' payments are processed whilst adhering to all relevant policies & procedures.
