Full–time

To manage all Fibre Optic network build processes and contractors to ensure the effective and on-time execution of build projects at client sites

Purpose of the role:

- Report to the Project Manager

- Management and execution of allocated ISP and OSP EXE files in accordance to build policies and procedures

- Contractor management process compliance to achieve on-time delivery of CACs, CTOCs, POTOCs and OTOCs

- On-site Community, landlord and client management during the build phase

- Management of materials availability and collections

- On-time processing of administration requirements

- Compliance to permissions requirements such as wayleaves, ROUs and landlords

- Supervising ISP and OSP contractors during the build phase through regular site visits

- On-time collation and preparation of all sign-off documents and As-built files

- Progress reporting as and when required

- Escalation of problems and deviations from approved purchase orders

- Quality assurance

- Compliance to Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures

- Identification and management of risks

Qualifications, experience and skills required:

- 2 years' experience in network construction and contractor management (Fiber)

- Knowledge of Local Authority regulations

- Knowledge of the OHS Act

- Knowledge of project management principles

- SHEQ experience and qualification in a civils/construction environment

- Solid Excel skills

- Exceptional communication skills at all levels

- Time Management Skills

- Solid organizational skills

- Problem solving skills
