  • We are looking forward to appoint a driven, detailed and logic administrator to join the dynamic finance team of the well established an reputable office automation company in Monte Vista.
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Process and submit rental deals to various finance houses
    Ensure rental deals are paid on time
    Balance books of the various in-house entities
    Process payments and settlements
    Load creditors and arrange payment
    Client liaison
    Minimum Requirements:
    Lowest level of education must be Matric / Grade 12
    Extensive Microsoft Office Word & Excel skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Fluent in Afrikaans and English
    Attention to detail
    Ability to work independently
    Reside in Northern Suburbs
    Have own transport / reliable transport
