    Purpose of the Job:
    To lead and manage the Finance Function in order to meet business objectives, whilst ensure accurate preparation and processing of all financial transactions

    Some of responsibilities:
     Manage and monitor all Finance Department functions, including staff management to achieve company objectives.
     Manage the Financial Auditing process (internal and external).
     Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.
     Predicting future financial trends by analysing expenses per month as compared to the revenue for the particular month.
     Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
     Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
     Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
     Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets.
     Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk.
     Analysing market trends and competitors.
     Mentor individuals to enhance the individual`s knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in a selected career path.
     Ensures that the company comply with requirements of the Finance Quality Management System.

     Educational requirement: Chartered Accountant and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management.
     Job related Experience: More than 10 years experience in a related role, of which 7 should have been at a management level.
     Up to date with all statutory reporting requirements

     Decision making and problem solving skills.
     Attention to details and customer orientated.
     Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
     Commercial and business awareness.
     Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
     Strong people management skills.
     Ability to stick to time constraints.
     Apply Quality management principles and procedures in the workplace.
