    Duties & Responsibilities
    Job Description:

    Processing of creditors payments and reconciling batches
    Loading of new creditors
    Capturing of municipal payments
    Attending to bank transfers
    Capturing cheques on internal system
    Data capturing
    Maintaining office Petty Cash float
    Placing orders for office refreshments and stationery
    Creating business debtor’s invoices
    Recovery of all debt owed to the business account
    Assisting with collating information to complete monthly audit pack
    Desired Experience & Qualification

    Bookkeeping qualification
    2 year’s work experience within a financial environment
    Computer Literacy (Excel Advance)
