    Financial Administrator
    My client, a well-established company is seeking to employ a Bookkeeper / Financial Administrator.

    Requirements:
    • Relevant tertiary qualification
    • Min 2 years’ experience
    • Computer literate including Pastel Accounting / Pastel Payroll
    • Own transport and drivers licence

    Responsibilities:
    • Debtors and Creditors
    • Data capturing and general Ledger reconciliations
    • Handling invoices and payments
    • Preparation and submission of VAT returns and annual returns
    • Preparation of audit files up to trial balance
    • Managing the finances of two companies
    • Preparation and payment of weekly wages
    Salary: R 10 000 negotiable
