    Montague Gardens
    Leader in the distribution of Water Management products requires an experienced Financial Manager.
    This position will have the successful individual reporting directly to the MD.
    Some duties will include:
    Monthly management accounts
    Reconcile and review monthly balance sheet accounts.
    Posting/authorization of journal entries.
    Preparation of management accounts.
    Roll-over of monthly submodules in Syspro.
    Reconcile to general ledger at month end.
    Daily cash flow forecasts.
    Reviewing and authorization of monthly supplier EFT payments, ad hoc EFT payments and foreign supplier payments.
    Create sundry invoices and clearing of debtors control sub-accounts and balance to general ledger at month end.
    Authorization of credit applications and terms.
    Posting MOL suspense entries.
    Authorization of weekly and monthly supplier payments.
    Matching of foreign supplier invoices.
    Preparation and submission of statutory tax returns
    Essential Requirements;
    • Accounting Degree
    • Minimum 5 years experience as Financial Manager
    • Must have Operational experience gained in a Finance Management role
    • Previous experience as Financial Manager in a Warehouse / Logistics field would be highly beneficial
    • Excellent Management & Leadership skills
    • Excellent Payroll software and Excel knowledge
